I seem to have a vague recollection of Marshall being involved in something similiar a few years back.
A nightclub skirmish whilst he was up in Qld playing at some touch football competition ... supposedly retaliating on the back of some remarks.
This would make him a repeat offender, and I guess in fairness we should see Hadley and Rothfield trumpeting to wipe him out of the game shouldn't we ?
