Rule changes for 2011

The slower play-the-ball will be a handicap for teams like the roosters and tigers but I seem to be the only one concerned about it. People forget about the touch-footy-tigers doing nothing in 2004 and 2006 but winning in 2005 with a quicker play-the-ball.

It concerns me somewhat..

I would like to think there are more dimensions to OUR game than purely "touch footy" though..

I couldn't see any change to the rule that prohibits attack a player's head with one's shoulder.

Maybe it has been quietly abolished - afterall, the attack on JWH is in the NRL advertisement.
