Honestly mate, Lopinis been shit this year, that effort in defence tonight with Hoffmans try on 1/2 time was inept at best.

And Fitzy caused that try, silly penalty then obstructed our own defenders by not getting up and on the line in time.

Its a young mans game, Fitz is finished unfortunatley, I love his efforts just struggles to compete for 80mins.

when braith was running the ball later in the game he looked like a natural player. he does not seem equipt to be in a clutch situation as his natural disposition is to run.

We know what the reffs are gonna do. We know theyre inconsistent and incompetent. We dont exploit that IMO. EVERY other side does. Thats down to coaching from what I observe.

Mentally we are waaaay behind everyone else. Our heads drop when it goes against us. Strange thing is Freddy as a player was the master at lifting the troops to mentally beat all the bad calls and overcome adversity. It would appear as a coach he either lacks the skills to get that across to the players OR the players cant comprehend whats required mentally. Im not sure what is correct but I know we are finished after that performance this season.

Our captain and 5/8 MUST be the man and LEAD us. If anyone can honestly show me where hes performed that task so far I will eat my own shit.

As a player, freddy had the chance to rile up the players for the full 80 on the field, that is removed with freddy as coach, he only gets 2 chances, his effects need to be lasting and thats where i think his inexperience is.

Every single player in our squad has the ability to be a decent NRL player.
Unfortunately anything that resembles a game plan revolves around something happening out of thin air.
These players need direction, they need structure and game plan. NO team will do well without it.
You can't rely on natural ability or talent to win games. Players like Thurston etc who do have a bit of a free hand have games plans based around their ability.

This club is being dragged down the toilet by inept coaching, its as simple as that
