Bennett's comments as regards Thurston and those people complaining about what Knights players were allowed to do to him, illegally...calling them all, including JT, "drama queens"....were an absolute disgrace.
Last time I looked kneeing a player in the face was against the rules.
As was shoulder tackling in the ribs a player who has long ago kicked the ball, and is relaxed.
Looks like the rules have been changed.

Probably best Bennett's Broncos don't try doing the same things this round, because Cowboys players have vowed not to let JT get bashed up again without retaliation.

Pretty much all Teams have about that many rep players or they don't win the comp, and that's just including poms, kiwis and aussies, i think our whole 2013 team had played rep footy.

At the time our 2013 side had 4-5 active kiwi reps (SKD, JWH, RTS, FPN, SBW), but only 1 active aussie rep (Jennings). Sure plenty more have gone on to become rep players down the track, or were rep players in the past but for that season thats all we had. Compare that to the 1998 and 2000 broncos sides, which were literally wall to wall current australian reps.

Many on this forum don't like it when you don't agree with the mantra. Sometimes telling the truth as you see it isn't appreciated.

And no one gives a fark how much footy you played or at what level. Which is fair cos no one knows you and can actually confirm what you say.

Usually the biggest fanboys get the most respect.

Personally I was always taught to hit on suspicion. Be that a decoy or a ball player that's just offloaded.

So I agree with Waynkerr, Gus etc who have seen Greenys whinge for what it is, a whinge. Its in fact Waynekerrs trick, the old pressure the officials. I bet if I had the energy to look hes made similar noises about Lockhead or Alfie in past days, when it suited.

I noticed last week PearceOrf and Baloney were both hammered after each kick they put down. Smart stratergy IMO, both are known to chase very hard putting chasers onside hence enhancing their kicks.

I hope we use the tactic more ourselves, JWH and Napa, the BabyFaced asassins MK2&3.
