The Little Master, more like the The Little Ox. It's easy to look like a superstar behind a monster pack and the best team in the comp. Take them out ala Matt Orford and it is a different story.

I was devastated when they let Soward go, I saw him as the clubs future 7. I'd given Pearce the benefit of the doubt but it seems he offers very little. Soward has the best kick in the game, and has a nack of popping up in broken play because he is defending out wide, and likes to cover a chip kick.

If it's such a shit thread then why are you reading and contributing to it? Seems the Dragons are pretty handy because they have the best coach and best players including the 6 and the 7. The Roosters aren't fit to be on the same field as them and that really hurts for me to say that.

Good club player but has shown an inability to step up in the bigger games.

Even in City V Country (and I know he went off after 60 minutes) Country had 50 inside 20's, City only 20. Yet Pearce managed to lay on 3 tries in an inferior team whilst Soward & Mullen combined only layed on the 1 (through a midfield bomb).

Even last night Soward reminded me of why he shouldn't be in SOO when he got bowled over by Ben Barba (Hardly a big guy). Lucky for him it was double movement.

Reading your pearls of hindsight will do that to anyone. Facts are RC neither you nor anyone else was that upset to see Soward released. Why is it you never make a prediction RC, always waiting till after the fact to have your say? And why is it do you think that even now after all his winning with the dragons has Soward never really been considered for SOO? It's because those that know far more about footy than you know that without the structure the dragons play Soward would be a very average footballer. In fact you could put Daniel Mortimer in the dragons and he would shine far brighter than Soward. Saints are the best team in the comp and Soward plays his part in that team and that's all he does.
