His body touches the ground whilst he hands it off rugby union style! Some people say it doesn't matter because his arm doesn't touch the ground, but i didnt know ur arms had to touch the ground for u to be tackled/or/held?

Not even close to being a try. He's held. He is on the ground, and a bulldogs player has him tackled. He is tackled.
