  • Is Gallen really that good?

Without him the Sharks were absolutely flogged by the Eels. Last week we couldn't stop him, or his team.

    Yes. One of the greats.

He runs twice the length of a very good, first-grade quality prop, per game. He makes more tackles, too.

He is effectively two men. When he plays for the Sharks, they are a player up, it's just that their backs/halves are so shit it doesn't show as much. He is an incredible athlete. Would teach a few of our blokes a lesson, to say the least. A grub, but a bloody good one.

Chuck Hindmarsh in to that category, although not as penetrating on runs. He was an absolute animal tonight, not far away from anything, putting pressure on the kicker every set. We need this

Arguably the best club player in recent times... now if only he can replicate that at Origin level.

Workrate incredible. Remains to be seen how he performs in origin i guess. I can remember him giving a mountain of penalties away in recent times there.. captaincy might do him some good

It galls me to say it but Gallen is the best forward going round.

It doesn't gall me to say he is the Anti-Anasta.

Yeah, I had to do it.

He's the best work forward getting around. I have always been a fan of his uncompromising playing style.

He will do anything to win.

His only problem is that he sometimes clogs attacking moves (doesnt have great feet or ballplaying ability), maybe it's a by-product of playing for cronulla.

Yes he is and he was a Roosters fan growing up.

                    Chook.

We would have beaten them soundly last week without him - even with the way we were playing.

He really is that good in a bad team.

Annoying isn't it? We did however have 6 clean line breaks and bombed 3 tries we wouldn't have if in form, rather reminiscent of our trip to the Shire last season.
