Just watching this game on 9. What kind of magic carpet ride deal has been arranged between Bennett and the referees. Just watched a great try disallowed to Titans for a completely confabulated forward pass call. Plus the usual all day standing offside and holding down forever in the play the ball.

When we were the dominant side in the comp we were constantly tortured by the referees to even things up against inferior opposition. Now the Bexley Bogans are the top side and get a leg up every game they play by the refs. Most notably of course in last year's GF. Whatever Newcastle Fat Boy is paying Smiley, he is coming cheap to him if this kind of cheating is coming their way next year.

True, but did you hear Tony 'Saints Fan' Archer say to Mini Jr 'the touchie called it so I had no choice!'. Thats complete BS. The refs are the sole judges of forward passes and if he thought it was a legit pass he didn't have to listen to the touch judge.

That kind of weak capitulation to a screaming mob (Merge scum) by Archer and touchies is beyond pathetic. Titans did well tonight against disgracefully biased refereeing. What is the deal with Archer? Was tonight the first game they have ever lost with him on the field?

By God these terrible bogans are due for some punishment in the form of some woeful officiating going against them. We have had it for 5 or so years, and still made Gf last year.

I can only agree mate.
Admittedly I had an all up of the GC into Saint Kilda so I might be biased.

In fact I thought the first 2 penalties to saint were huge momentum shifters.
Both passes that were called forward were in fact forward BUT they both went backwards out of the hands.
If you are standing stationary in line it can be an optical illusion.
Clearly, a poor touch judge.
What about the touchie who called the pass forward in origin.

The fans booing really was so funny.
I got excited at the beginning of this year when the Sts started getting pulled up for forward passes and being offside.
But they are just tokens.
The refs still love Benny and his big heads.

I still have hope that they will not win the GF this year, but it will have to be a case of them not making it, because if they do then we all know what happens.

Whilst it was good fun watching them lose, it was equally a disgrace that Mini jrs stripping "loose carry" try was given. A blatant knock on. The rule says that if you propel the ball towards your opponents dead ball line... But Harrigan and his bunch of merry imbeciles make it up to suit themselves. Who knows what the rules are any more.
