Anyone watching or watched the Souths v Warriors game??
I hate Souths at the best of times but holy SHIT i guess its there turn to be rorted today because there not in the top 8.
I dont know where the NRL get these prick REFS from but they get paid well and have to much influence on a million dollar industry.

Something needs to be done because the product in the last 3 years has fallin massively in my Opinion, To many inconsistent Penalties and the play the ball has been slowed down to the point were an ad break could be slotted in during every tackle.

Just the last 3yrs??? The reffings been sh!t forever, gives us all something to whinge about.

My U8's were absolutly destroyed by reffing yesterday, much harder to explain to 8yr olds who know the rules better than the reff, to cop it on the chin and get back in the line and keep tackling.

yeah spot on ,their killing the game,mate i got fox tv put on especially for the footy and don't even bother watching i might tune in for 5 or10 mins till the refs start blowing the pea for no real reason ,then its straight off onto a movie..

Every week they look at something different, last night one ref goes " he dropped it " then the other ref blows a penalty.
It was in our favour but its BS, and flops do they not penalise these anymore? i cant believe how many i see every game.

2 referee system i hate they have different interpretations.

Thats my point. interpretations differ, while rules stay the same, if you give two people one statement and ask them to interpret it, there is the chance where you will get 2 interpretations from the one statement.

When is a forward pass a forward pass
When is it a loose carry or a strip
Are you out if your foot is over the side line

On top of that, you have your "flavour of the month rules"

Walking off the mark, this was targetted at the start of the season........they don't blow these penalties now.
Off side from the kick off, again, start of the season they target this rule.......after round 6, we don't see a penalty called until saturday night.
Incorrect play of the ball, another "rule" that was targetted, but again, is not penalised when it occurs

They need to focus on the rules as they are, not interpretations. If it means we get penalised in the process, so be it, as long as the consistency in the adjudication of the rules are there.
