We all have our ideas on what we think about Rugby league, that the storm and dragons are well drilled and diciplined and some think that Pearce is most over rated in the game.....
Well it is that time of year people, the Rugby league player pole is here and there are a few interesting points.

Dirtiest team:
Winners of this years Dirtiest team title with 49% Melbourne Storm (only 4% of players polled voted the Roosters as the Dirtiest team.......goes to show the addage is true, nice guys finish last)
Team to beat:
The storm take this title too with 37% of the vote, manly had 28% and Dragons 27%. I tipped a Storm V manly final with the storm winning about a month ago.....odds on to happen.
Most overrated player:
The title is split this year....6% voted Braith as most over rated, but he will not be crowned most over rated this year, there are joint winners this year, with 7% of the vote each.......The most over rated players, as voted by the players......John Sutton and Jamie Soward....Two very deserving winners.
Best Player in the game:
Thurston wins this with 32% of the vote, followed by slater with 29% and Smith with 19%
Biggest Grub:
Majority winner...Mick Ennis with 51% of the vote, Travis Burns got 8% and only 4% of the vote for "third man" thaiday
The AFL Threat:
1/3 of players polled would consider following hunt and folau to AFl over the next 5 years

According to the pole almost 1 in 5 players know of a player who have placed bets on league matches.
