Yeah... dirt sticks whether you did it or not. Although her criminal claim failed, she’s now coming in with a civil claim (lower standard of proof). All we know is that he didn’t commit a crime.

I suppose we need to be careful what we write here. If he is guilty then I really hope he pays the price.

If someone, man or woman, wanted to entrap someone, particularly a famous person with lots of money, then they go into it with a plan of action.
I would think that a vicim of sexual assault, who wakes up hung over and in an emotional, distraught state, would not be thinking, "I shall grab his underwear for DNA" I would think the first and only reaction would be, "I need to get out of here".

I could be completely wrong. We all react in different ways. And I'm in no way downplaying the allegation, particularly as I have two daughters. But as I said, if someone wanted to entrap someone, then grabbing evidence for DNA would be the smart and obvious thing to do.
