I think we are fine as far as outside backs when you think of it. All our 20's backs are good they have just all come at the same time leaving us with no good experienced backs besides Sammy P. Once Moga, Rona, Blair, Taripo and O'Sullivan develop we will have sh*tloads of talent

Here is a novel idea - pay all FG players a base rate, then top that up with a percentage of the gate if they win. Cuts out the Cap burglers and the elitists syndrome makes them play well each week to reap the rewards ( perform for pay) and entertains the crowds so the numbers flock back.
