Will certainly make for interesting reading in the papers this week. Hate to think what would have happened if it was the roosters. The whole team would have been sent off. When you take into account that Dave Taylor got 5 weeks for a lot less only recently and Cam Smith missed a gf for less, there will certainly be a lot of people waiting to see how consistent the match review committee are and whether the players get the disciplinarian action they deserve. The farce of it all is that Nate Miles was sacked for having a drink!

After Hadley just launched into a tirade of both clubs and called for minimum fines of $100,000+ for each club plus suspensions, Gallop was interviewed on the radio and said he deplores the 'bringing the game into disprepute' on show and that action will be taken...Bozo asked Gallop what he thought of the poll in the DT this morning to the question "What do you think of the brawl in the Manly v Melb game last night?" where 75% have answered "great" lol and 25% "disgraceful".

Gallop said he he hasn't seen the poll.

Absolute dog act. Five on one pllleeeaaze How the hell did Brett Stewart, Lussick and the other manly grubs that ran in get to stay on the field. Isn't that what Glenn Stewart and Adam Blair got sinbinned for in the first place? Third man in ? Disgraceful!!!

The Manly players were just breaking it up. Seemed worse because there was four of them. The issue is Glen Stewart continued to throw punches when Blair was on the ground, under the manly players.

I thought the real irony of last night, was just 5 mins before the big melee, you had a Manly player seriously hurt on the ground, with a few Storm players nursing and holding him to prevent any serious injury. The commentators weres saying how refreshing it was and a great show of comeradery between RL players, when you see members from an opposing team helping out a fallen player !
