We basically got flogged about 40 - 24, but freddy, in year 8 scored all our 24 points lol Too bloody good. We needed another 12 of him and we would have won the comp lol

That game was probably one of the only 9:30 Friday night games that non-Roosters or Parra supporters stayed awake through the whole season. Normally it's a Brisbane or Gold Coast game where you have to listen to Voss try to be humorous and Wally Lewis denigrate any idea that you held of him having a good footy brain. He is as bad as Daley when it comes to talking footy. Johns and Fittler may not be as professional as some people may like but you cannot tell me that they do not understand football. And better still they can actually convey that understanding to the audience when commentating while adding some much needed humour to keep people interested. Give me those two over Warren and Gould gibbering and arguing and thinking it's entertaining any day. Granted Gould has a great footballing mind but he might as well be giving the St George mascot a blow job the way he goes on sometimes.
