So what becomes of the 100K in fines dished out?

Just wondering if anyone here knows where the $100,000 in fines issued to Melbourne & Manly actually goes?
I was reading somewhere that it is divied up between the remaining clubs.
Surely money raised for clubs getting fined for this sort of stuff should go into the Bush for junior development but I guess that is too much of a rose coloured glasses view.

You know what the funny thing is, these are the only 2 teams that in line to win the Minor Premiership.

Now when you win the Minor premiership, you win $100k

Now someone is going to get their money back.
