Also, does anyone else think it is ridiculous that harrigan even mentions where the ball starts and ends in the Bowen pass??? It makes me think that if he actually gets confused about the rule what chance are the referees that he is supposed to be teaching it to.

It really is concerning when the guys in charge don't see the rules as black & white.
Maybe we will end up with barristers in a court of law determining what the "rule" actually means?
