I never thought it possible this guy could develop into any more of a tool than he already has become.

I was wrong. His "commentary" is excruciating.

By the way, just watching this game, there is not a single ruck in defense in which the Illawarra Steelers are not way offside. The penalty count was 5-1 to the broncs at one stage. This if anything is the so called "genius" of Wayne Bennett. At this point his sides start to cheat even more (offside, holding down), but the refs feel obliged to stop penalizing them and indeed gift them a few penalties.

It's a very sad state of affairs if that's the best commentary the game can offer on free to air. Little wonder Foxel refuse to use Channel 9 commentary during the finals and provide their own. It's much easier on the ears.

Old veteran Rabs deserves better - he's a decent bloke, which is more than can be said for Gould.

Hopefully Gould will decide that he too busy causing division and lording over everyone at the Panthers to do much commentating in 2012.
