Bit like Alan Jones... society sets standards and he continues to break them (e.g. when he was arrested for trying to get gay sex in a London toilet.)

Jones' contract/career need to be torn up. I have more respect for Carney's 2011 performance than I do for Alan Jones ANY day.

I actually think Jones had a valid point.
Regardless of him personally, Jones was saying you have to try and help these players as best you can, but when they continually promise to do the right thing, but continue to do the opposite and have no intention of bettering themselves, then you cut them loose.
