Hopefully he owns that Waverley home, ...and with an income of normal wages he'll at least be able to live a normal life.

I doubt he owns that home, I suspect there would be a sizeable mortgage on it. He wouldn't have the common sense to set himself up for life and his manager seems to have little or no control over what the bloke does.

Renting it out should cover most of the cost.

The same reason we comment on contract and contract negotiations, recruitment, mechanics of the club etc etc. All of which we basically know nothing about.

Because it's part of what we do on here - speculate and give opinion.
