Nothing wrong with lying about going home to visit family and instead getting plastered with his mates in Sydney when he should have been supporting his team mates? I thought we had the team to win it this year and many years to come. I thought Carney and Pearce would be the new NSW halves. But Carney screwed us. We couldn't just sit by doing nothing and watch him continually drag the club through bad headline after another AND divide and destabilise the team. Canberra had to bite the bullet and get rid of him too and believe me it was even harder for them as he was a local product and they didn't want him to end up at another club. 1. He was well over his alcohol limit for a bloke on his Ps. Additionally he was only on his Ps because he lost his license for DUI.
2. He was actually over .05 which is over the legal limit for all drivers in NSW.
