Yup - my anger and frustration has turned to relief knowing that it isn't our problem.

Watch the media still call him former Rooster though...

You're a smart man W-B. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the news limited scum call him that for as long as they can get away with it.

Oh, and I find myself not giving a rat's posterior about carney any more.

he's gonna end up released before he even plays for the sharks. I can't wait to see Mose run straight into him next year!

Since when has Carney or Myles ever stopped at a beer? Unless you mean a case of course - each.

Please remind what illegal activities Carney has engaged in since his DUI misdemeanor?

Why aren't you on Matthew White's case? Your head is probably so far up your arse that you have no idea what I am talking about.

I can see your point, but you must be blind if you can't see the counter argument.....a guy with serious issues regarding alcohol, promises to reform so that he can have another crack at the NRL and he responds by going out drinking?

What was that Alanis Morrisette song again?

Again....tell me what he has done wrong by having a drink.

....and note the comment "Todd hasn't really done a lot wrong this year from what I can see". We were in a similar position when we signed Carney yet still felt the need to changing the playing field with impromptu drinking bans.

It brings undue pressure on himself, his team and the NRL to be seen having alcohol in public when its obviously a major point of contention. You know the guy with a pokies problem. He's not doing anything wrong putting $5 in over lunch but as it always does, it builds up to the point where they're at square one yet again. The drinking isn't the problem, its what the drinking indicates and what amount of respect he is showing for the people that are giving him ANOTHER chance.

Anyway, as I said, at least he's not our problem anymore.

Note also that Todd's best year was 2010 when he swore off the grog.
