    Hope he goes well.

I put him in my Fantasy team. He was cheap & if he scores a few tries he could be a good buy.

I have only ever read about him on the Chookpen. He is a big unit.

He was awful, not a winger period let alone a first grade one.

He hasn't done much since his SG Ball days.

The other rookie Parra winger Sio looked more impressive

Blair has always been big enough and fast enough to be good but it hasn't clicked.

              Stuff him: http://news.smh.com.au/breaking-news...303-1u9fw.html

For young Parramatta winger Cheyse Blair, every game he plays in the NRL is the chance to "stick it up" to the Sydney Roosters.

The 20-year-old made an encouraging debut for the Eels in Friday's 18-6 loss to Brisbane.

Now he is desperate to keep his place in the team to show Roosters coach Brian Smith he was wrong to let him leave.

Blair, originally from the Gold Coast, has represented both NSW and Australia at schoolboy level and admitted he was shocked when he was no longer required by the Roosters despite being a standout performer in their under-20s side.

"I was there two years and thought I was going well and then they gave me a release," Blair told AAP.

"We don't play them until round 23 so I have to make sure I keep working hard. I am desperate to stay in the side so I can get the chance to stick it up them when we play them."

Try not rushing in off your wing or you wont last till Rd 5 Blair. Actually I'd be surprised if Burt doesn't take his position next week with Hayne returning and Sio having the better game out of the two.

Cost them their first try which was a MASSIVE blow given the tightness of the game.

Someone should have a word with him, if he has been quoted accurately, those are not the words of a professional football player, they are the words of a dumb 20 yo, if he carries on like that, he will find himself being targeted by a brutal Easts forward pack in round 23, actually I can't wait!

The guy is an absolute pansy. He will never be a first grader. That's why we let him go.
He makes Todd Carney look a better defender than Trevor Gillmeister!
Supposedly he comes with a huge ego as well. Can't understand why!
                    Good luck at Parrathetic buddy!

If he has been quoted correctly, he has shot himself in the foot.
Think those thoughts, if you must, but a lot of players, coaches & club admins will have taken this article on board & marked him down as a loose cannon.

His comments in that interview were the main reason the bloke was released.

I think the bloke has the physical attributes to make it in first grade but he needs to learn some humility.

                            He is ordinary.

On another note, Sandow's game last night was Finch-esque. Diabolical.

From what i can tell we pretty much just swapped Blair for Daniel Tupou. Does anyone know how good Tupou is? Any chance he can play 1st grade this year like Blair already has?

I agree with BlindFreddy in regards to Sandow (now known as abbo Sterlo) last night, other than that grubber that Beale f%*ked up and he scored he did SFA. His inability to get good clearing kicks away in the second half basically cost them the game. Wallace was no different, other than his grubber that some eels player f%*ked up and he scored he also did SFA. I really can not see the Broncos winning it this year with Wallace running the show.
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!

                              Here's looking at you, kid.
