I am as likely to attend Hazems final game as a Bulldogs fan is likely to attend either Willie or Anastas last game.

I have nothing against El Masri and will attend and give him my own personal farewells whenh we play them .I just would not pay my money to watch one of there other matches

We can afford him, the trick will be working him into the cap. From a timing perspective Ryan, Kimmorley and most likely Patten (That's nearly $1mill right there) will be finishing up. We have replacements for both Ryan and Patten already in the system. Besides, that is some time away if it actually comes to fruition.

The main issue with JT is the work he does with the Aboriginal communities in North Queensland. There's a few other factors as well, so it's more than a money issue.

Ryan and Patten were signed to upgraded and extended contracts as a last ditch bid by the previous CEO to curry favour with the members. One is over $300k per year and the other not much under. Kimmorley would not leave much change from $300k either.
