Former NRL star Andrew Ettingshausen has been caught in a Wayne Carey like situation - cheating with his former team mates wife, according to A Current Affair - an appropriate name for the scandal!

ACAtonight will unveil the scandal of Ettingshausen and his former team mate, Paul Mellor's wife in an exclusive. This will put a dent in the wholesome squeky clen image people have of the former footy legend.

Andrew is the host of "Escape with ET" that airs on Seven and Foxtel and if the Wayne Carey scenario is anything to go by, sponsers will start dropping like flies. Let's just hope he comes through this better than Carey did.

But it does beg the question - what sort of journalism is exposing peoples private matters? There are children and obviously alot of hurt people in this and we all know ACA and Today Tonight are grubby, but it's really now becoming like TMZ journalism.
