Kent was critical a few weeks ago and said the decline in the Roosters was because they went away from picking players on culture first and ability second. They could get away with it once by getting Lodge, but then getting Smith and Sualli where they just went for ability and not whether they were a good fit. The bloke comes across as a wanker, thinks he is better than everyone else and can do no wrong but quick to put the boot in to others.
If it was a player carrying on like he did in the video Kent would be calling for their sacking or lengthy suspension.

The behaviour is something you expect from someone under 25 and not a 50 plus year old, he obviously doesn't know his limit with the booze.
