himself into a corner. He learnt nothing from last season. Already we've lost 3 games we should've won. North Queensland, Dolphins and St George/Illawarra, all games we should've won, like last year and like last year, it's going to cost us big time. If we'd won those three games, we could afford a few injuries, as it is we are up shite Creek without a paddle. Robinson has been owned by Bellamy, Cleary, Bennett, Payten, and the newby from Stg/I'll, I can't remember his name. He has dropped our most creative player, he's moved our best player out of position and he continues to defy logic by persisting with Suallii in the 3 when the only success he's tasted is by playing 2. C'mon Robinson, what's the go??? Has the guru's spell been broken??? And now he's without Smith, Radley and Walker for a prolonged period. The final indignity will be losses to the dogs and tigers. Disgraceful. Politis must be p1ssed off big time. There is still time to salvage this season but can we with Robinson steering the ship? Watching the Roosters play in 23 is akin to getting teeth pulled without anaesthetic.

Keep it simple we are out coached and outplayed, we have a few once were monoliths who are now aging and rest plodders, our moment in the sun setting, rapidly fading.
We are like the once glamourous eastern Suburbs socialite, now just another old tart down at the local bowlo.

Can’t argue with any of that.. this is from the Mole and sad to say but it’s also on the money:
Roosters a chance at missing finals
So what is going wrong in Rooster-town?
They have one of the best rosters in the NRL, superb facilities, a smart coach and plenty of depth.
But they are just a shadow of the team of recent years and only played well for around 20 minutes against the Dragons last weekend.
Remarkably, it was the third game in a row they went tryless in the first 40 minutes - which makes you think they are not mentally "on" in games.
They have scored less points than any team in the NRL - amazing when you look at the strike power in their roster.
Is it arrogance? Do they think they just need to run out there and the wins will come? If so, they better change their mindset very soon or they will be watching the finals from Bali.

Poor excuse to mention injuries considering we've been crap at full strength also.
It's all on "Super Coach" this situation we're in & on him to get us out of it.
If there's more of the same of this rubbish next year then he should be drop punted out of the club asap.
I support the proud Sydney Roosters club that's been around for 115yrs & not this abysmal rubbish that started since the Souffs semi last year.
The club will always remain but under performing coaches & players shouldn't be tolerated for extended periods with a high profile club like ours.

Totally agree with Ray regarding Robbo not learning his lessons from last season.
I remember we were discussing last year that if we won a few more winnable games early in the season we would’ve had a great chance to sneak into the top four and give us a better shot!
Fast forward to this year and it seems like Groundhog Day!

We can still make the 8 IF the coach
puts Walker back at half
Manu at right centre
Suaali on the right wing or dropped
Keary at 5/8
Turpin to Hooker
Cheese to the bench
Radley on the bench as 14 or dropped
Brown to lock
Handbrake dropped.
It seems ridiculous to think that this team could MISS THE 8
Teddy
Toops/Paulo
Smith
Manu
Suaalii/Allen/Paulo
Keary
Walker
Brown
Angus
N Butch
JWH
Turpin
Collins
Lodge
Sitili
Radley
Smith/ E Butch/ Baker/ May/ Whyte
