Sandon did an interview with Roosters TV, said it was the best day of his life, debut at home with all his family and friends there.... brings back the human side of the game, how proud his family must be, Great to see, and he did well. Hopefully he will kick on from here, could be a great option at 14 for us.

I think he’ll be a great option at 14 but suspect Watson will get that slot as soon as he’s available. I would hope Sandon and Walker are our future halves pairing when Luke retires.

Good call. He played really well and I’d love to see how he develops with more time in firsts. Really good debut.

Turpin is way better as 9 than the cheese burger. Good service out front not everywhere else. Defence is better to

Really good stuff from him at 14 despite the crusher tackle. Can forgive him for that. Looks dynamic out of 14 and the more experience he can get in the middle the better. Would be good for him to have 20-30 games under his belt before he is tasked with taking over Keary.

Turpin's pass is better but he tends to get things wrong from time to time. The pass to Brown yesterday when it was supposed to go to Keary, he found Lindsay Collins on the last tackle against the Dragons as well when he should have found Keary so he does make mistakes

hutch is perfect 18. Can cover forwards and backs at a certain standard. He won’t get any better and allows up and comers to gain experience in Reggies until ready.

I was happy with young Sandon too. What I was thinking though ... isn't he now just one more player out of position?

I reckon he is happy to play any position to get into FG. and he is a much better option that the handbrake in any position.

The whispers are that the Hutchinator will be back in the 17 this week
