I think you might be right Mickie, theres a Telegraph article suggesting this will happen. Let’s hope so

Late Mail: Joseph Suaalii has copped a three-game ban for Dangerous Contact, with Corey Allan shifting to the centres and Daniel Tupou returning from a hamstring injury on the wing in a timely boost. Sandon Smith retains his place on the bench but could be a late switch in to the halves according to News Corp. Panthers players are reportedly preparing for Smith to move in to the starting team, with Joey Manu moving back to the centres. Smith will likely take up kicking duties with Joseph Suaalii out due to suspension.

I am happy with this move unless it means the Handbrake comes onto the bench.
        but i fear it does.
i'd be happy to see Dokar Clay get a go....or Whyte, or Baker, or Allen.... or anyone....... maybe not Queen sally.

The Mercurial Hutchinator would be a big chance of adding to his tally of 68 NRL games with the selection in the 17 if any reshuffle occurs.

You would have to think this switch is definitely happening as the Manu at 6 experiment has been an epic failure!

We need him back in his more comfortable position in the centres to give us some extra strike out wide!

Hopefully Sandon takes the opportunity with both hands and helps provide some much needed direction for the team!

Sitili or Crichton can cover a back getting injured.

Watson and Hutch can fight for 18.

If both Butcher boys are in our best 13, well we are in trouble............

We still look great on paper but on form we're in trouble no matter what.

TBH this week I don't care who's in our 13. I just want us to have a crack! If it results in a bunch of Hillsong twerps from the Riff getting crushed in the process then so be it.

If so, I smell an upset!

St george nearly got them last week, Wests beat them..... they are vulnerable without Cleary, but it takes an 80 minute effort, getting up in their face and good completions..... we can do it, and we need to do it now.

They couldn't be more ripe for the picking with the circumstances.

In saying that, we probably need to play our best game of the season to date in order to get it done.

Problem is our coach has refused to acknowledge and act on failed experiments. The whole league world has observed Sualli at centre and regarded it as a huge fail after 3-4 weeks , yet TR persisted with it, and had it not being for the suspension, he would’ve continued experimenting by swapping him between centre and wing.

Sandon Smith is a chance and suddenly everyone thinks we are going to win the comp. I hope so.

Just to beat the Panthers would be like winning the comp. Or as close as we'd get this year anyway.

Oh shyte yeah... if we were to win then beat the Knights, Faders & Manly then we'll be back in the business by the next bye.

Big if though. They absolutely slaughtered us last time around and I don't think we've improved since then (unfortunately). Hope I'm wrong but will not be losing sleep over this one.
