I just don't think we have enough firepower on the edges. The Butcher brothers, in particular Nat, offer nothing in this department. The Panthers tore us to shreds in this area last time.
We do have a strong bench which is always good.

Looking forward to seeing the two rookie halves in action. Its up to our guys to get around Sandon and set a platform. Penrith will for their bloke.

Need the much maligned Butcher Bros to win their individual tricks against a physical fast moving pack. Egan has shown some good signs.

These are the battles you look forward too, especially on our own dunghill.

A fabulous entree with Souths going down.

How is it that at Kogarah, Glory got played on the speaker every time Souths scored?

Need to Match the Penrith grind game over 80 minutes to be any chance as they are the masters of yardage and field position football.

Need to nail the basics and a greater than 50% of possession and a high set completion rate

Penrith have been number 1 in kick metres the past 3 years but 12th so far this year- No Cleary tonight so more than likely Cogger will be their main general field kicker - vs Dragons 481.90 kicking metres

Cleary averages 10.5 line engagements per game - Luai - 4.2 - Penrith average 25 per game - Keary 5.8 - Roosters average 14.5 per game

Penrith lead the KPI's across the board in the head to head although quite a few are close- The Roosters will need to better than Penrith in all these tonight especially key KPI's

The highlighted ones are the concern though especially the way Penrith play

                    Penrith - 53% possession (1) - Roosters - 47% possession (17)

                    Penrith - 82% set completions (1) - Roosters - 75% set completions (17)

                    All run metres - Penrith (7) ( 1655.90 av - 5th ) - Roosters (17) (1341.20 av- 17th )

                    All runs - Penrith (6) (179.4 av - 4th ) - Roosters (17) (148.50 av - 16th)

                    Post Contact metres - Penrith (9) (460.20 av - 7th) - Roosters (17) (393.60 av - 16th)

                    Kick return Metres - Penrith (2) ( 184.70 av - 1st ) - Roosters (13) ( 143.50 av - 11th )

                    Line Breaks - Penrith (10) (4.1 av - 8th ) - Roosters (16) ( 3.5 av - 16th)

                    Try assists - Penrith (11) ( 2.6 av - 10th ) - Roosters (16) (2.1 av - 15h)

                    Line Break Assists - Penrith (12) ( 2.9 av - 11th ) - Roosters (15) ( 2.4 av - 15th)

                    Line Engaged - Penrith (2) (25 av - 2nd ) - Roosters (15) ( 14.5 av - 15th)

                    Kick metres - Penrith (12) (489.40 av - 11th ) - Roosters (17) (471.60 av - 16th)

                    Tackles made - Penrith (13) (299 av -11th )- Roosters (8) (305.40 - 8th)

                    Missed Tackles - Penrith (15) ( 25.6 av - 14th ) - Roosters (12) (27.9 av - 11th )

                    Ineffective Tackles - Penrith (15) ( 11.9 av - 15th ) - Roosters (13) ( 12.4 av - 12th )

                    Errors made - Penrith (17) ( 8.2 av - 16th) - Roosters (10) ( 9.6 av - 8th)

                    Handling errors - Penrith (17) (6.9 av - 16th ) - Roosters (13) (7.7 av - 11 th)

                    Penalties conceded - Penrith (15) ( 4.6 av - 13th ) - Roosters (9) (5.2 av - 8th)

Need to get the rub of the green as well. Ie a close try being awarded so the vid ref says based on all available evidence the on field decision of a try will be supported. Not the opposite way.

Need to score first and don’t give away the first penalty or six again.

                          We can do this.

                              SEASON X, EPISODE XV:

The one where Robbo turns the tide by playing Getafix style footy, or does he? Manux also returns to centre stage again after failing to decimate or 5/8th the Gauls.

                                Go the Roosters
Im going say we're going to win.
I think Robbo & his team know the importance of tonight's game, I dont believe we can win the comp but a win tonight will be the shot in the arm the Chooks badly need.
