He should have got backs in place before he got here, picked up a hand full of NYC players so they would have been ready by now. I also think he poorly prepares the team they look unfit, next week when the ref pulls the game back 12 m and gets tough on holding players down we will get killed.
No excuse to have so many errors in our game and lack fitness, we should be playing a simple game with focus on defence and build from there.

Never said he hasn't made mistakes, we all do, doesn't make him stupid & doesn't even necessarily make the decisions at the time stupid, alot of things look stupid in hindsight. I think starting this thread to highlight & emphasise Smithy's mistakes was stupid.

I could understand it appearing on a Rothfield blog or another Easts/Smithy haters forum....but not here. Ther most concerning thing was the number of people who took the bait and actually offered a contribution.

I wonder if other teams forums have similar "kick the coach" threads...doubt it.

Yeah no-ones perfect etc...im sure he has done more good than bad for the club anyway...and hopefully more to come.
