We are lucky that we have guys like NRL Physio on social media otherwise you wouldn't know anything about our club behind the scenes

The Sydney Roosters squad has been assessed by Club medical staff following their Round 16 match with the Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium.
A CT scan has cleared Luke Keary of a fractured jaw after the five-eighth was unable to complete Saturday’s match. The vice-captain will be monitored by Club medical staff in the lead up to Round 17.

Sitili Tupouniua sustained a badly corked thigh during the match, he will work closely with Club rehabilitation staff this week.
There were no injury concerns for the remainder of players that featured in the match.

Sam Walker has commenced a strengthening program and running drills, working to rehabilitate his sprained ACL after a successful meeting with the surgeon last week.

Brandon Smith will meet with a specialist this week to evaluate his rehabilitation for a fractured thumb.

Fletcher Baker and Tom Deakin have resumed full team training after sustained concussions in their respective NSW Cup matches in Round 15.

Well I'm no expert but a swollen jaw could mean he has the mumps or lymne disease. If that's the case he will be back even sooner.

Well let’s hope he doesn’t have either then.

Buzz Rothfield just said on NRL360 that scans confirmed Keary has knocked a couple of screws loose in the plate put in to repair his last broken jaw.

Question is does he need surgery to tighten those screws again.

With a few drops of Loctite so it’s future proofed.
