Mate why would Bellyache come here???

I'd love it but I doubt he would leave until his big 3 retire. I'd hazard a guess part of their re-signings would've been done on the fact the coach stays with them.

I can't live on blind hope.

Lets stay on topic Windbags. What is you opinion of this new coaching team? I like it.

I don't think I want Bellamy at Bondi, if people on here reckon Ricky was an angry coach, have you not seen this bloke carry on in the coach's box, he's one spray of saliva away from a heart attack!?! Look I agree he has done some amazing things with poorly regarded players, even Finch, which brings me to asking who are the assistant coaches to Bellamy these days, I think one of the Walters boys is one, does he have any others or can all the performance turnarounds he gets from "duds" really all be attributed to Bellyache?

As for smith, he does have a good footy brain but the main problem with him is that in the end, he ends up annoying the players too much. When a coach loses the dressing room, there is only 1 winner.
A positive comment on Smith. Miracles do happen I do agree with you that in the past he has 'allegedly' worn down players with his 'reportedly' intense personality. However there is no proof that this is happening now. Also, he has apparently mellowed a lot from his younger intense days from all reports. People can change. Even you have surprised me with a positive comment on Smithy.

                  What new coaching team???

Tell us the structure and I will give my opinion.

Because your vermin enunciation is unbefitting of Bondi and your proclivities best suited to p slippers closet.

                      Yep. Nailed it.
Apparently he just lives & breathes footy. His own time is so intense with watching video after video of games looking for that extra something to use against the opposition. 12 months a year.
                      Apparently never shuts off.

I don't think Bellamy necessarily improves players. I think his success comes from them playing to a specific, highly regemented structure like soldiers in an army. The players are expected to stick to that structure rigidly. There is no room for ad-lib or playing off the tops of their heads.

WIndbags I don't have time to re-type forum posts if you can't be bothered reading them. However, think Back to the Future - essesntially Stuart as Head Coach with a team of Cartwright, Elliot, Taylor. Fitzgibbon will have a role and don't be surprised to find Smith taking over as Coaching Director overseeing all grades, player development, recruitment, etc. I think it is wonderful.

Lol, look at the vingtax resorting to the old souffs line.

You think big words make you Bondi???

I bet you haven't even worked out the nic as yet.

I've seen the posts, that's the 1st time I've seen you put it that way Wanka.

Can't say id have a problem with that sort of structure. In fact there isn't much difference to what we have now. From what people say Smiff oversees it now anyway.

Will pRickys ego allow all the other egos in the room???
