  • Who replaces BJ on Anzac Day

he will surely get suspended for that ugly looking wrench of Blake Ferguson's arm early in the City v Country match.

does Carney come in, or does Smith throw Moga to the wolves

will be interesting to see what Smith has planned for wednesday, Carney/Tagive/Bosden/Masoe/Mortimer/Mitchell all did not play for Newtown yesterday, so plenty of troops to pick from.

I honestly can't see him getting weeks for it. Ferguson was part to blame by holding onto BJ's collar!

Ferguson had hold of the jersey, to me looked like he was mainly the cause of getting his arm bent back !

Be interesting, if he is charged (think it weak myself and Fergusen to blame) but if we (roosters) challenge it we should be entitled to same period of time to defend, where judiciary is held Wednesday night.. There was similar thing in the a-league this year wasn't there?

all this hype about wrestling won't help BJ, don't be surprised if they send a message and give him a week on the sideline, it certainly didn't look great.

its amazing how good BJ/Pearce look when there is a creative hooker/five eight in the team.

What makes it even better is that Hayne isn't even a 5/8th. What chances swapping Farah for Anasta?

No chance of suspension! Ferguson was mainly to blame.

At first it looked ugly but watch the replay, nothing to answer.

The question may be "Who replaces BJ when he is off playing Origin??"..

Agree Hawks, I don't think he will have a case to answer, considering he was initially penalised for being too long on the player and the act occurred while tying to get off.

No case to answer. Fergie had a hold of him plus it's a rep match. There was nothing in it.

Carney and Henry were rested from Newtown. I'd guess to cover for SKD and BJ.

It would be astounding if he gets suspended for that.

What was he supposed to do with his collar being clinched ?

Wait a minute. Players have their shirts grabbed all the time i.e. pretty much every tackle. But you don't see them wrenching someone's arm. He'll get suspended for a week or so, and quite rightfully.

I loved hearing the refs explanation for the penalty and placing on report... "Ive thought about it and its going on report".

Translation... Its an Easts player. Lets try and rub him out for a week or two.
