Why has Bellamey persisted with Will Warbrick ? because Bellamey knows how to instill confidence into players - plus he gives them time. Warbrick is going gang busters. I reckon Paulo deserved more time. Why sign Paulo for 2 years and just release him after half a season.

Because Warbrick showed an ability to learn. Paulo's break down the sideline the game before he was dropped, coupled with the look of amazement when he was tackled into touch revealed that he doesn't learn. This wasn't the first time this year. Winger play 101 that you move away from the sideline on the first.
