Yep.. I went with St George supporters cause most my friends are.... a smile was creeping up on my face when looking to the side at their faces while Anasta was taking the penalty shot... sadly that didn't last long... it was wiped out by the roar of the crowd (made worse by the mass of Dragons fans with that massive banner thing over them near us) a couple of minutes later.

as for the way we score trys, i could not give a flying fark. As long as we are scoring them. Trys scored off kicks are not simply luck, they are still worked for and practised at training



examples? Apart from Creagh's first try through Mitch Rein's break i didnt see any clear cut instances of them totally splitting us apart

I only attended and suffered all the Dragons home game drivel because it was Anzac Day, and Anzac Day is under attack.
So I felt like I should attend something 'Anzac Day'.
Otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

JR was a flawed man, but a lovable and brilliant one. There are many that have judged and condemned JR Cash for his flaws.

i havent seen it mentioned yet that the boys tackle styleof 3 in a tackle vanished in the last 7 minutes. we started to one on one one a late secont tackler, noone over the top to lock the ball in . in the first half our defence was tops. 3 in all the time.

seriously, i reckon that game all went down to that attempted intercept by Leilua when they scored in the corner of the short kick off. If he takes it, he runs the length and we win, if he gets a finger tip to it, they get a repeat set on our line and less time to win the game. If he stays on his line and tackles Prior, they would have given it to the winger and maybe he would have been put into touch. But because he missed the intercept, it left them with a two on zero and they easily scored, and ended up winning the game.

Also, im against the time wasting by Anasta of the kick off and the penalty goal. I mean, if he had not wasted a minute, we would have at least had time to get one last crack through a short kick off at the very end. BUt because he wasted so much time, there was no time at the end for us to hit back.

There isnt a team in the NRL who wouldnt of done the same thing. We blew it, end of story!
