... I would bet London to a brick that the merge scum will get the first penalty tomorrow and it will be in one of their first three sets at the latest.
The Roosters will get their first penalty some time later.

Just thought I'd bump this thread and not so quietly blow my own trumpet a bit here at my comments above ...
The merge scum got the first penalty in their second set (approximately the 3rd minute).
The Roosters got their first penalty in the 22nd minute.
I would have preferred to have been wrong.

I don't like to balame the referees generally but there were so many calls that went against us yesterday. Against the better sides like St. George they really hurt.
