Teddy was the clear best player in the world for at least three years.

Not many players in history can lay such a claim.

He's also probably put in more 5 star Origin performances than any Blues player that I've ever seen.

So yes, the disrespect is ridiculous but par for the course for a Blues player.

You can't compare a sports person with the average joe/jane employee though.

If I make a mistake in my job it can be corrected.

No one know matter what their profession or vocation is will be performing at 100% of their ability at all times.

I think anyone giving Teddy a serve, or saying he isn't 'putting in the effort' needs a slap.

This is the best fullback at the highest level of Rugby League for the prior 5 years we're talking about. You don't get to that pinnacle by not putting in extraordinary effort.

What a useless thread. We have been spoilt by teddy’s 8/10 efforts as a minimum, so when he puts in a 5/10 or 6/10 it looks like a really bad game , but compares to the other mere mortals it’s a decent game.
I said after game 1 that I hope he retires from rep footy and focuses on the RWB.
