If you are going to transfer a game anywhere you have to play it to your advantage.

Playing the cowboys in conditions similar to Townsville....... STUPID !
Playing in Darwin so close to the end of Wet Season....... STUPID !
Travelling up there 2 days before the game and only having a 30 minute training session before hand........ STUPID !

I hope they learn from this, if they take a game to Darwin, take a team like the sharks, tigers or titans, play it in June/July when the weather is not as extreme and make sure the team gets up there with PLENTY of time to aclimatise as well as do the community work that the cowboys did..... and they were the AWAY TEAM !!!!

The NT Government puts the money up for teams to play the Cowboys there,not the storm or anyone else.

We could have said NO, if we take a home game away we have to either look for some advantage or at least play on even terms. Playing newcastle at gosford is NOT a good choice.

They need to find others ways to bring in the cash as opposed to throw a home game.

As for your hind site error, it is hind site. It's easy to pick apart an error after the event. It's harder to predict an error will be made, months prior. I'm betting this game was organized earlier this year maybe even last year.

I am not talking about spelling errors lol you said people are making comments with "hind site" and I am telling you go back and look at how many people said it was a piss poor choice when it was first announced, it was obvious and it is not a mistake a person in his position should be making.
I am saying that if he needs to find cash find another better way there are options mate. The NRL pays teams a premium bonus to take home games away, I am saying why agree to play the cowboys or newcastle in their back yard? why could we not drive the car and we choose who we play and where like the dogs taking the sharks to SA, they got the cash and a neutral game.

Neither is the Warriors at Christchurch,but without knowing the deal and incentives clubs get for moving games,it is hard to complain.
Our club is running at a loss each year,and the power brokers are just looking at ways to turn this around.
Don`t give them complaints,but rather give them solutions...
