With the performance of Tagive I reckon we've just about seen the last of Carney in 1st grade

Same 17 next week except for Mitchell in for one of the bench forwards, who though? Masoe and Tasi were awesome of the bench, Bosden was good and Takairangi, despite being quiet today, is normally good too.

I was nervous seeing mose on in the 17 today, he played extremely well, fired up big time, put in big minutes which was what he was criticised for not being able to do previously. Taka got 20 minutes, i don't know why, that role should have been filled by mitchell

In what way? He had no impact running from dummy half, came up with a couple of errors, it was a Carney style game with more height and a coat of boot polish

He made one error, give him a break.
He was solid under the high ball against one of the best 'jumping' wingers in the game, he Carney played today Nightingale would have scored 3.
Carney hasn't done much wrong this season, but I don't see him as having much potential to improve, Tagive I can.

agree. definitely for taka imo. we dont need taka and his performances have not been as good as people on here seem to think. Mitchell/mortimer in for taka, the rest of the side unchanged. then when FPN and Boyd come back, they will be competing with arona, bosden and mose for the other two spots in the side. backline should not change for the rest of the year unless injury or moga/RTS deserve a go

Really? You know this for a fact? Please, pass on the Lotto numbers for me too will you.

Tagive was adequate, much the same as Carney has been all season.

Hahaha classic I was being facetious..
This was my point, he was solid, but IMO (remember that is my opinion, not from my crystal ball) he has more upside than Carney going forward.
