Even with all the offseason departures this is a very strong round 1 team.

Would they give our men’s team a good run?

No info as yet on who will replace Tarvana Papalii ( ACL/MCL) and Aliyah Nasio broken Humerus ( Upper Arm) in the squad.

Hopefully they will both recover and get another crack at NRLW in 2024 as was looking forward to seeing them both play NRLW in 2023.

Sadly not to be in 2023

                  They are already in trouble.

Today they announced they probably are the team to beat & early season favourites.

Something the men couldn't live up to.

Any team with that 3, 4 & 8 should be hard to beat.

not sure we can replace papalii who was in the 24? but maybe we can take on another development player to replace nasio.

big game tomorrow v a team with some very good players. team pretty much picked itself and i'm excited to see how the new girls go and also to see how kelleher goes in 7 - 100% she's a starting nrlw player

Really looking forward to seeing how the gals go in this expanded competition.

Bit tired of the Roosters favourites tag etc. and hearing how stacked the team is. There are a number of strong teams. Seen the Stranger asked this question and he just said embrace it and enjoy the compliments, and the challenge. He seems like a smart and very well respected Coach.

I saw the squad and some good players in there, but stacked?

                            Let the gaslighting begin.

When Brydie Parker takes to the field for the first time in 15 months on Saturday evening, not only will she feel a sense of relief, but a great deal of pride.

Struck down by a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the 20th minute of the 2021 NRLW Grand Final, the 23-year-old winger has worked tirelessly to regain fitness and build on her mental strength, courageously overcoming the setbacks with one goal on her mind.
