Some poor defensive concentration from the girls has kept the Broncos in this game should be a lot more than 4pts in front at HT.

Very entertaining first half, a bit of quality about all the tries from both teams.

Love the width and support the Stranger has the girls playing with. So many options and strike areas. Broncos have plenty too though so game still up for grabs.

Special mention to little Jamie Fressard with and without the ball. What a chase.

How much better do the girls look in the tighter blue shorts than the baggy whites that go with our original strip? Same with the guys, thats why I always prefer the away strip...much more athletic.

Have to win the game twice now after being 18- 0 up early

              Big second half coming up.

Down to 3 on the bench with Amber Hall out of the game with a foot injury

Pretty clear bite there by Ashleigh Werner on Jayme Fressard captured on TV and rightfully sent off

Hopefully they will both recover and get another crack at NRLW in 2024 as was looking forward to seeing them both play NRLW in 2023.

Sadly not to be in 2023
I spoke to Tavarna last week and shes fairly broken. Lots of opps coming her way. Good kid.

I watched. I was impressed. Good standard. Plus a bite and a send off too. And now with more teams, the competition has much more credibility.

Same score as the men too.

Great win by the girls and big day for the club getting the double.

I think Keiley Joseph is the unsung hero in the middle, some great defensive plays. Dominant player in this comp.

Jess Sergis was very good, and Taryn Aiken is exciting to watch with ball in hand. Izzy was heavily marked by one of the best centres in the comp Ciewolski.

Fair first up effort but Coach Strange would be unhappy about them letting the Broncos back into the game when 18-0 up and going into the sheds at oranges only 22-18 in front.

A lot of improvement still in this side

                              3 /2 and 1's

                              3. Jessica Sergis
                              2. Millie Boyle
                              1. Keilee Joseph

It's a real shame as Tavarna was great in the Roosters Premiership winning Tarsha Gale Cup side playing lock -You can see she was a half back as great ball playing skills - Hope all will go well in the road ahead
