I missed a few minutes of the game on the weekend and came back from a smoke-break to see that NB was put on report. What did he do and what was the result at the MRC (presumably he got off).
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

I heard a hip drop which I missed both at the game and watching the replay.

Not surprising. Does a week go by without one of our guys getting put on report?

Funny - I was only thinking the other day that I hadn't seen any hip drop charges laid at a player recently. Obviously the NRL decided it was time to remind everyone of the rule and who better to target but the Roosters!

I thought this thread was going to be about him also joining The Bulldogs.

Dumb report imo. His feet were always on the ground.

          No charges from the game.

Charged with a hip drop but clearly never hade contact with the tackled player's legs.
