I judge an athlete on their ability not whether I'm a fan of personality or colour of the jersey they are wearing and I think he's a very good player.
He's light on his feet with a great left foot step with a good boot and a solid defender on the edge for a half however I can't see him leaving the panthers who have a wonderful chemistry and are on the brink of doing something that no one has done since the mighty eels team of the early 80s.

No, no and no. If you want to look back I wanted Cherrington gone for what he did to his girlfriend.

Luai īs a grubby player but he's never bashed a woman or dry humped a dog. And remember people are willing to welcome back Mitchell Pearce even after what he did.

I'm not and if he comes I go, for the duration of his stay.

Yup. He is an arrogant lil twat.

I could maybe tolerate him if he was an absolute gun, but he ain’t.

Most people weren't happy with the Lodge signing. Tetevano had a close personal relationship with many of the Pen's lord and saviour Trent Robinson so I'd say he had a good grasp on his character when he signed. Fergo signing was also not well received at the time, but he did well in our colours.

People can be forgiven for off-field events that 99% of us are not privy to other than what is written by the media, Luai on the other hand continuously enjoys playing the pantomime villain and rightly or wrongly, most Aussie sports fans judge peoples character based on their humbleness/lack of ego as opposed to their morals.

Never understood how blokes say they would stop supporting the club, change clubs, tear up memberships etc based on 1 player. Blokes a dead set flog & can’t stand him but if he plays for us he’s instantly better than every single player in the NRL who’s not playing at the Chooks. You support a club no matter who plays there, not a player & if that’s your rationale then follow golf or tennis that aren’t team sports.
I don’t care if Bin Laden,Hussein,Rolf Harris,Albo come play for the Chooks I’m still following them & cheering them in. Only thing that counts in club sports is victories,so getting the best matters. Is he the best or is it Cleary making him look good, well that’s a different story.

So does that mean our coaching, system & players are crap? It’s the only logical answer then if he’s good, but wouldn’t be at the Chooks.

I agree. I follow the club not the players.

                      How about Cody Walker?

Back to the transit lounge retirement home. He's 34 next year.

Based on this years showing you would have to say the coaching and systems haven’t been up to scratch. Most definitely not anywhere near the same as Penriths as much as it pains me to say.

If we sign Luai we'd also need to sign his hair, which has it's own contract.
