Was going to post this last week but thought I wouldn’t put a damper on our win however this week was the same again

Manu sucks in defence.. he is responsible for how many points I wonder? Herbie was alllll over him tonight and last week it was Kelly. Can we place him out on the wing to defend?

Edit : 5 missed tackles tonight 6 last week you know for a strike centre on big coin he has got to nail his man 1 on 1 more.

Manu, Smith and Suaallii are quite poor in defence as a unit as well as one on one. We really miss Latrells defence.

Has always been an ordinary defender.

Like most, he's had a terrible season.

Yeah Manu’s misses in D has been more costly than Billy’s IMO. He also had crucial ones when we marginally lost to Canberra & Manly that basically cost us the game.

Can’t be too suprised when you are constantly shuffling him from centre to five eighth to fullback to centre though.

Manu cost us a try against Canberra and against Manly. We lost those by 2. Can’t tackle, never could tackle. But I still wouldn’t swap him for any other centre in the game.

my biggest question is why did turps only play 3 minute. cheeseburger was gassed again after 25 minutes. Turps should have come on with his sharp passes for the last 15 of the first. then the next 10 to 15 minutes, then reinject cheeseburger. trent blew it last night. why can he see what we can

Woeful defence for past few matches. Could not say he has won the contest against his opponent. Not playing like his pay cheque warrants.

And why do we have a n outside back as 18th man. Most likely head knocks are forwards. Lastly why play baker when he is going to the drongos. Surely invest in Wong. Robbo not having a good year.

I am physically incapable of criticising Joey in any way. My man crush on him is strong.

Turps is in form and playing against his former team mates and coach who discarded him over his prised son instead. Natutally one would assume Jake would lift and be up for a big one right?

Purely a coaching decision!
Hindsight is a wonderful thing but TRobbo farked up again...so for those of you who continue to defend his questionable tactics, what's your take on this?

Especially when we only used 7 interchanges, so we had one left. Robbo could’ve brought cheese off early and got him back on. Mind boggling.

They are simple misses though which are hurting us. He has legitimately cost us at least two games, which would nearly have us back in the 8. I love Manu aswell, but I expect more. He ran for 60m last night, not nearly good enough for a player of his calibre in a big game.
