I thought so as well - at least he tackles with some venom not like others in that backline

Latrell had his fair share of issues positionally defending in the centres for us. Defence wise I think it's the hardest position to play. Would have been nice if Josh Morris was a few years younger when he came to us because even at 33/34 years of age he was rock solid. Got to say Campbell Graham is by far the best defensive centre in the NRL.

As for Manu he has been playing at such a high level for so long now that he really needs a long off season. Like Latrell i think fullback is his best position- which is a problem! Lock forward anyone??

Nup, not according to TRobbo .
        Purely a coaching decision!
Hindsight is a wonderful thing but TRobbo farked up again...so for those of you who continue to defend his questionable tactics, what's your take on this?
Coach Robinson has my 100% support

Manu looks fatigued and so do others - maybe all that football over the years has caught up with them?

Been a difficult season with injuries and form and the squad depth has been sorely tested - some will say over exposed.

Maybe a reason why Turpin played the minutes he did - The Bronco's made the right choice though as Billy Walters is more than a fair player.

I would rather either Tyler Moriarty/Thomas Deakin/Alan Holton get a promotion to the top 30 squad for 2024 than re-sign Turpin

From November 1 if not before a lot of thought will go into the make up of the squad for 2024 and beyond.

        Who will be re-signed/not re-signed/released/ Signed ( New Players-Internal or External) ?

        Interesting times ahead

Don’t think anyone wants to get rid of him. Just some debate on how poor he has been for someone on big coin. Fair points in my opinion.

You're entitled to your opinion but in my books you're a strange cat KS.
I'm sure you get-off on polarising others by being different.

So, Broncos were starting to pull away mid 2nd half so why in God's name wouldn't he, who shouldn't be criticised, utilise a set of fresh legs and add some zip out of dummy half by injecting Turpin earlier on?
He put him on with 4-5 minutes to go - farkin insane! Just as insane as when at times he chooses to play with only 16 players....WTF?

True...he needs to bloody well extract the digit.

So we don’t have 4 forwards on the bench and if one gets a head knock we have 2 and then we have Corey Allan. Ridiculous choice as 18th man is my original point but under your interpretation Turpin is a forward

                    Agree 100%.

The first 8 rounds in 2024 good be very stressful for Mr Robinson.
