While we're still on playing second rowers in the backline how about Guerra to replace Pearce? Yeah SKD is a dud defender but I'd rather have some shoddy defence than next to nothing in attack.

Hope the players don't think that way. When was the last time attack won you the comp? I would have to pick 2005 when the tigers knocked my mob off, that year it was 2 great attacking, free flowing teams in the big one. Since then it has always been a well structured and great defence minded team that has taken it out. With the wrestling taking over the game it has never been more clear cut that defence will win you the comp.

You're spot on mate and that's what it takes to win it, unfortunately he's all we have out wide though and I don't want to sacrifice the last piece of backline flair for a solid defender.

i can see how skds will improve his game no end by going to a second class footy comp. if the jets were in first grade nrl he would be in their team. but the jets are in the nsw cup, a lower grade of footy. so skids will possibly carve it up. morts , mose, mitchell, taga. carney are there as replacem,ents for first grade. thats why they are are feeder team, not reserve team

I have avoided the question because it's not really relevant to what we are discussing. SKD's defence has been abysmal yet you claim that his form has been "strong".

I consider "strong" form that of Josh Morris, Michael Jennings, Will Chambers, Justin Hodges etc.

I couldn't give a fark what kind of money he is on. If someone isn't performing regardless of their salary then their position should be reviewed.

Just like people have no doubt called for you to be sent back to the Jets forum for a week after several bad performances.
