IMO, we have a great roster.

Everyone has there opinions Salvo. I just don't get personal with others who disagree with my opinion.

All good. Plus C Salvatori and D Beecraft are 2 of my old favourities.
mate your spot on here, Bennett and bellamy would have this roster top 4, cleary top 6.

Robinson has flopped this year badly, very poor.

he has runs on the board , but if it's a repeat next year changes need to be made.

Walker is a promising halfback with a lot to work on in his game

Start of the year I would have had him as 10th best half back
      1. Cleary
      2. Hughes
      3. DCE
      4. Reynolds
      5. Hunt
      6. Moses
      7. Hynes
      8. Townsend
      9. Johnson
      10. Walker
      11. Brooks
      12. Hastings
      13. IIias
      14. Boyd
      15. O'Sullivan
      16. Fogarty
      17. Sexton
His form at the back end of last season was good enough to put him in my top 6.

Johnson would now be top 4. His form this season is exceptional.

Warriors coach would be a great replacement for Robbo

The Fat Lady sung on this season we're having quite a while back.

She probably lost her voice & hasn't gotten it back since the Panthers 48-4 loss.

Cheers Mattyh. Bellamy dropped J Olam this week - he knows how to win.

Anyway, see what 6 to 8 rounds in 2024 bring.

It actually wouldn’t make sense to put him in there, because he was dropped to learn in reserve grade, but only had 1 game before he got injured, Robbo would have to backflip to actually play him before he serves his due time in the lower grades.

Robbo doesn’t like to be made look silly, and selecting him would make dropping him pointless.
Every call Robbo has virtually made has made him look silly this year.

Can anyone name 3 things he has been correct on this year where you've said good call Robbo?

I have more than 3 - more than 9 too
              1. Relegating Walker to work on his game - No Pain No Gain
              2. * Moving Manu to 5/8 - Not a move that won't be revisited - Unfortunately like a lot of players Manu's form has not been in great nick across the season
              3. Re-Signing Billy Smith
              4. Re-Signing JWH and Toops
              5. Releasing Lodge
              6. NRL debut for Sandon Smith who has come through the Central Coast and Sydney Roosters Systems
              7. NRL debut for Siua Wong who has come through the Sydney Roosters System
              8. The Seamless pathways
              9. Not giving up on the season

              * Manu POTM playing 5/8 vs Dragons in 2022

              16 runs - 194 metres - 52 post contact metres - 3 line breaks - 2 line break assists - 2 try assists - 2 tries

              Manu's form 2022 -2023

              2022 - 23 games -12 try assists and 13 line breaks - 11 tries - 332 tackles made - 63 missed tackles
              2023 - 16 games - 4 try assists and 4 line breaks - 5 tries - 305 tackles made -62 missed tackles

With the Walker relegation there has been plenty of pain & definitely no gain.

Manu forced to play a role he's not suited to due to the Walker relegation.

Sandon forced to debut early (some would say not ready yet) due to Walker relegation.

Our attack really bad in most stats due to the Walker relegation.

Releasing Lodge - who knows the real truth in his demise but he was a driving force in our 8 game resurgence last year.

Resigning Billy i would say is too early to tell if it's beneficial or not.

JWH & Toops - club legends but playing on old legs in a comp dominated by younger teams.

Probably out of your list I only agree with the Wong debut.

You know your in trouble finding things when the retention of long standing players make the cut.

The halves shemozzle was an all time epic failure which was statistically proven with us scoring less points and Manu missing more tackles than Walker when playing in the halves. Having only the one ball playing half made us predictable and zapped the whole teams confidence, hence where we are on the ladder. We had a 50% win rate with him Sammy this year and 38% without, neither were great but I’d know what I’d prefer. The only thing Walker learnt was the coach didn’t trust him in first grade and how to injure his knee. I’m curious to see how it affects his long term confidence & decision making when he is off contract.

Plenty on here were calling for Sandon & Wong to debut well before it happened so I’d actually call that a failure as well, because it took fair too long to pull the trigger. I won’t even address the bottom two because I’m assuming your just trolling.

                  Nice try with it though.

we will probably start the season very slowly again because that is the roosters (I mean Robbo) way. It’s been his way every season. What’s more concerning is that before this season started he said that he put a lot more focus in the past off season in starting the year strongly
