I have nothing against Tagavie or Bosden but it's very ironic that they are 0-2 so far but are immune to criticism.

Could it be that maybe some don't want to admit after all their bleeting for their promotion that they are just average, no better really than the blokes they replaced???

Hope they live up to all your expectations, cos the way some of you react it won't be long till you want them dropped and tell us all how you all knew they weren't up to it. Or better still blame the coach again.

I usually try to stay out of the whole team selection thingy backwards.

That's for the coach to decide.

What i do know is, Carney was playing well and didn't deserve to be hooked and Tagive is better than Perret imo.

Just wait until they get a chance to get stuck into Maloney next year.

            What about Sonny Bill.

I think if SBW comes to the Roosters it will take him at least 1/2 a season to show any form the same as Maloney. But you are right Maloney will cop a baking if we dont win 8 from 8.

And I agree with Greedy 666 in regards to Carney.

Yeah mate I'm like you, I let the blokes who are with the players all week decide whose best for selection each week.

I was just trying to point out to people that it won't take long for these two blokes to cop the same shit that's been put on the rest of the blokes, like Carntey.

We will have injuries and rep players as the season progresses, they will all get their chances in due course. I still think Carntey, Symonds, Mortein etc have a lot to offer. I'm sure the coach does also.

As for Pezzdispenser and Bwaiff, yeah there are blokes I would like to see sent to Siberia but coming from a coaching perspective it's not all black and white, sometimes blokes get leeway cos of past rep or their standing in the club etc.

The I want him dropped NOW posters are amusing and punishing at the same time. I guess that's what the forums are for, everyone to feel important and let us know they know things.

And what the other boys have said, Baloney and $BW, they will cop a royal rogering next year.

I would rather bring back Steve Naughton over Taguive's ANZAC performance.

I didn't see any evidence in the game that Taguive can run any faster than what I can. His casual kick returns were p1ssing me off no end. Take a leaf out of Billy Slater's book..if you have speed to burn then use it.

                    Backwards,

Bosden has been far from average in his 2 games in the top squad, he was a bright light on a dark day in darwin, and played really well against the Dragons.

As for Tagive, he has had two games in the top grade, I mean Perrett has been average for 130+ games yet he gets picked every week, at least give him a few more games and then make a judgement.

Mate don't take it personally, I'm not judging either of them, but they are just average in comparison to the blokes who they replaced, IMO.

Doesn't mean I don't wish them well and I hope they settle in 1st grade. I just don't see what a lot of youse all see. I see honest toilers, like the blokes that were there, and like a lot of other blokes in the side.

I will reserve my judgement for next season on a lot of the team, with Bwaiff gone and Baloney arriving. I've always been of the opinion Bwaiff has held a lot of blokes back, not his fault, I just have never really rated him as highly as alot did. He's in a crucial position and others rely on his service and it's ordinary. I want to see how we go with some options in attack.

And I promise it won't be me bagging the two newbies when, and it will happen at some stage, they have a bazza. It will be those that have overrated them and they will take it hard when their expectations aren't met, I happens daily here.

That's all I meant. I'm not expecting the world, I hope I get it from them though.

                        All sweet mate,

I am totally with you on Braith, I never rated him before we signed him and he has only gotten worse each year.

I will admit to having a fair bit of man love (non homo) for Tagive and Bosden and I really hope they are in the team long term (because they are playing great). I think Peni has the potential to be the best winger at the club (he gives us much needed height and speed at the back).

He deserves a few more games but he needs to hit the line harder and look to make more yards on kick returns and from dummy half. A good winger knows where to position himself to score tries, take a look at Everingham from Souths who has only played five games and scored 8 tries, one can spot a good winger in half a game let alone three or four.

His had some serious leg injuries in the past so he will need a couple games to rebuild confirdence

Wendell also made more metres sideways than forward.
