Interest from the dogs & tigers and we have reportedly showed interest aswell.

Interesting to see what happens. Personally I’m a fan and think he could ignite our dismal attack. Also I feel he owes us too which I know some disagree with, but we have paid his salary all year and what has he contributed on-field this year?

        gus didn't have to say

I’ve discussed his injury. That’s in the hands of the Roosters at the moment. He is under contract (with) them and they are rehabbing the injury.
“Naturally, if we went forward with some sort of contract talks, we would want some sort of protection that the rehab was done properly and he was right to play next year.

of course we'll rehab him properly. we're a classy club

I can't actually remember but didn't he injure himself playing for us and if so then we should pay his wage so why would he owe us .In saying that I think Connor is loyal to the Roosters band if offered descent money he will stay

Connor would be good to keep. When fit and used in a proper role he showed what he can offer.

I'm thinking he was saying that they just wanted assurance that he was over his injury and could play next year- but its came out like the Roosters take shortcuts with players needing rehab.

I think Gould was in a lot better frame of mind before he lost all that weight. He has turned into a deflated shriveled up prune with old man anger management issues

yeah, you're right. i don't think he meant to take a swipe at us. he's just feeling under pressure and doesn't always know what he's saying atm

Watson and the Hutchinator should be double re-signings

Would not be upset if we re-signed him but just seems surplus to requirements if/when we have a full strength 17. Should've bought a proper hooker and had Connor as a proper 14.

So in other words he would never be surplus to requirements. Sign him up!
