The problem with gaslighting people with lies, as we are seeing currently in the west with woke politics championed by most of the media, is if you stick at it eventually your preposterous theories become mainstream and reality goes out the window.

Now the commentators are happy to support the narrative that the roosters "deliberately gave away 21 penalties" last night as a tactical ploy, as apparently we've been doing it for decades as the statistics show lopsided penalty counts against us for decades. The mainstream view is we are not unfairly targeted by the refs, bunker and MRC with stinky, biased refereeing, it's actually all deliberately engineered by us to our advantage, LOL.

While I'm at it, I'm not letting Klein off the hook for the extremely obvious square up 6 agains he gave us mostly on the 1st tackle, but never later than the third. I disagree that he is just incompetent and a narcissist (he is those too). He is also a blazing cheat.

9/10 they blame the player in position for trying to play the ball too quick. I can guarantee you that if it were a player in a RWB jersey that’s how it would’ve been officiated because that’s how they do officiate it against us. Don’t get me started on the send off either.

Penalties last night were 15-6 against us! And a send off that's a sin-bin for everyone else! ("You ran in with intent!" Really!? I thought he was running in for a hearty handshake and a slap on the back!) Great effort by the guys to still win well, though! I had a good feeling about last night and laughed at Laurie Daley on NRL 360 when he said he couldn't believe the Roosters were favourites.

Time and time again Klein has showed he is biased against us. At the very least, he has engineered comebacks for teams who are being soundly beaten. Robbo mentioned it a few years ago that it's not the job of refs to make the games closer.

Yeah...crowding the ruck! The guy attempted to play the ball before he was on his feet. There was an edict at the start of the year that if you did that it was your fault!

And while we're at it. Thanks Channel Nine for your unbiased commentary! "That was too easy!" No mention of congrats for a well-worked scrum play! "This is an awful game!" It wasn't magical, sure, but with Klein giving 21 penalties what does he expect? There were still plenty of entertaining tries from both sides.

To my surprise, when reading online news and social media sport feeds this morning, the massive majority of input was super critical of the refereeing performance and sympathetic to how the Roosters were massively robbed and cheated.

Non fans are always quick to put the boot into us (love the hate), but I have never before seen so many comments of support where people are furious or concerned with the way that the NRL couldn't referee its way out of a wet paper bag. I've never felt more disappointed with a victory and I agree with Player 1 that they are normalising inconsistency and blatant bias.

I haven't heard it mentioned in a while though... many Rooster haters now have it firmly implanted in their heads they used that ploy to win their Premierships, which is plainly idiotic! But anything to take the shine of that great team's premierships! If it's not that, it's calling them the Rorters even though clearly lose good-to-great players because of the salary cap! There was a guy on social media the other day responding to the Gordie Tallis quote regarding recent premiers rorting the cap. His line was that the salary cap auditor was a Roosters old boy so of course we would get away with it. Poor guy didn't realise Schuey gave that gig away 9 years ago!
